Do not claim accessibility from appearance or a quick visual check.
Weather
Move, delay, redesign or cancel before conditions exceed the agreed plan.
Competence and equipment
Hand specialised work to a suitably qualified person.
Handover
Do not leave an unowned result, defect or maintenance burden.

Place tools and materials before people spread, then observe one controlled task before parallel work.
